Common Questions
My sleep data isn't showing up
Make sure Somnus has read access to Apple Health. Go to Settings > Health > Somnus and check that all categories are enabled. Data usually syncs within a few minutes of opening the app.
My insights are empty or loading
Somnus needs at least 14 nights of sleep data to generate meaningful insights. If you have enough data, try "Reanalyze sleep" in Somnus Settings.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your device, or open Somnus Settings > Manage Subscriptions.
Is my data sent to the cloud?
No. All analysis runs on-device using Apple Intelligence. Your health data never leaves your phone.
