Privacy Policy for Thryve

Health and Personal Data

We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal or health data to our own servers. All health data you input or sync with Thryve (via Apple HealthKit) is processed and stored locally on your device. This ensures your wellness insights remain private and under your full control.

Thryve uses your health data exclusively to generate personalized insights, identify trends, and provide useful recommendations. These calculations are performed entirely on-device.

Tracking and Analytics

With your consent, Thryve uses limited tracking tools to understand how users discover and interact with the app. We use the Facebook SDK to log certain in-app events (e.g., app installs, purchases) and share non-health-related data such as:

Your device’s advertising identifier (IDFA)
Purchase events
App interaction data (e.g., app opens)

This data is sent only to Meta (Facebook) and is used exclusively for measuring ad campaign performance and optimizing how users find the app. We do not sell your data or share it with any other third parties.

You are always in control. Thryve follows Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework. You’ll be asked for permission before any tracking occurs, and you can revoke tracking access at any time via your iOS device settings.

Payments and Subscriptions

Thryve offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions (“Premium Features”). All payments are processed securely by Apple through their App Store infrastructure. We do not collect, receive, or store your payment card details or billing information.

To manage your subscription status and unlock Premium Features, we receive transaction receipts and verification data from Apple. This may include anonymous identifiers used to confirm your subscription across devices. This data is used only for managing access to the features you’ve purchased and is stored securely on your device.
